My name is Jess Sagui, I have been riding and showing equitation, hunters, jumpers and dressage for over 20 years, studying with British Horse Society trainer Mrs. Philippa Buffin and dressage judge and trainer Vicki Rickabaugh.  I have a natural and easy connection with horses and my students that enhances experience of both.

 

I love to work with beginners and timid riders, spending lots of time teaching the basics and safety to provide a solid foundation so that my students can sucseffuly reach their personal goals, whether it is just enjoying a soul refreshing trail ride, or competing in the show ring. 

 

I feel that no rider can be a true horseman unless they learn all aspects of horse care so your lessons will begin the moment you enter the barn and continue until your horses is untacked and comfortably put away.  You will learn about equine anatomy, tack, horse health and care, breeds, equestrian activities and showmanship.  Along the way you will discover new confidence, focus, dedication and empathy!

 

My most important goal is to share the wonders, joy and fun that horses bring to the world.
